All repairs are carried out onsite by one of our two qualified watchmakers and come with 12 months guarantee on all major repairs.

When we service your timepiece, you can be GUARANTEED that it is completely stripped down - pivots examined and cleaned by hand, before finally being cleaned by machine, thus ensuring a high professional finish. Likewise, all watch cases, glasses and bracelets are cleaned and polished(where applicable), properly using the latest cleaning machines and solutions. Your timepiece is then reassembled and properly oiled and regulated as per the the Swiss standard. Your watch is then re-cased and returned to you with a smile.
We regularly repair and restore timepieces which have no (or very little) monetary value, but have a very high sentimental value (in other words, priceless and irreplaceable). You can rest assured that our passion for watchmaking means we treat each item as an individual with the same care and respect as if it was part of our own collection
